]]> Island Coastal Services Ltd. has been awarded the contract for Phase II of the project, with construction scheduled to begin May 21 and be complete by the end of November.

W M & M are completing work in Desbrisay Park on the new pumping station, and are scheduled to complete work by the end of May.

Design is underway for phases III and IV of the project, with construction to take place in 2014.

W M & M continue with work in Desbrisay Park on the new pumping station, and are expected to have the station commissioned by the end of April, with final landscaping to be completed in May/June.

Design is underway for phases III and IV of the project, with construction to take place in 2014.

]]> Construction of Phase 1A and 1B wrapped up toward the end of November, with the installation of 3 km of new sewer main throughout the downtown core. A short section of paving along Queen Street will be completed in the spring. Phase 1C work is ongoing by WM&M, with the installation of the new pumping station in Desbrisay Park and the retrofit of the Brighton Pumping Station, on Queen Elizabeth Drive. Work is scheduled to be completed by the end of February, with the site cleanup and sodding to take place in the spring.

The design of Phase II is well underway, with construction to begin in the spring.

]]> Construction of Phase 1A of the project is winding down, with essentially just paving and landscaping to be complete by Island Excavators.  Phase 1B has now progressed to Queen Street, where Island Coastal continues with the installation of a 350mm diameter pressure pipe up to Costello Lane.  WM&M have begun construction of the new generator building at the Brighton Pumping Station, and will be mobilizing into the Desbrisay Park next week to begin the installation of the Pumping Station.
